CLASSIC HITS 107.1 is seeking a responsible full-time administrative assistant in our Greensburg office to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks!
As the administrative assistant, you will own many daily administrative and facility functions all of the important tasks that make an office experience great. this role will be a valued member of the team, working with the business, commercial traffic and sales departments
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones / Greet public
- Check and distribute mail including making daily check deposits
- Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate and assist business manager with daily financial deposits and duties as assigned
- Assist commercial traffic manager
- Assist office staff with sales orders, filing and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft office suites including excel
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Office administration experience
- Punctuality and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Administrative support experience
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
